By purchasing from or using Digitalees (digitalees.com), you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them before making a purchase.

Digital products

Digitalees products are digital files delivered electronically. There are no physical goods, shipping, or subscriptions unless explicitly stated on the applicable product page. File formats can include PDF, ZIP, XLSX, DOCX, TXT, or other formats listed on that page.

After payment is confirmed, download instructions are provided through the order flow. Where email delivery is enabled, instructions are also sent to the email used at checkout. Save the files to your own device. Permanent account hosting, unlimited re-downloads, future updates, or a specific delivery time are provided only when explicitly stated and verified for the applicable product.

License and permitted use

Unless a product page states a different license, a purchase provides one buyer with a personal, non-transferable license to use the supplied digital files. The files and download link may not be resold, redistributed, shared, copied for others, or packaged into a competing product.

Booked & Profitable — Nail Tech Client & Profit Toolkit includes a non-transferable license for internal use by one nail-service business owned or operated by the buyer. It does not permit resale, redistribution, sharing, sublicensing, or use as a template product for clients or third parties.

If you need team, classroom, client, or multi-business use, contact Digitalees before purchase to discuss whether an appropriate license is available.

Intellectual property

Content within Digitalees products—including text, frameworks, scripts, worksheets, calculations, forms, and visual design—is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Accuracy and professional advice

Digitalees products provide general educational and organizational information. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, tax, accounting, financial, psychological, veterinary, or other individualized advice. Templates, calculations, policies, messages, and examples must be reviewed and adapted for the buyer's circumstances, software, industry, location, and legal obligations. No personal, business, health, training, revenue, profit, booking, or advertising outcome is guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Digitalees is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use a product. Nothing in this section excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Digitalees operates. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate forum, subject to rights that apply in the buyer's location.

Changes to these terms

Digitalees may update these terms when reasonably necessary. The version displayed at the time of purchase applies to that transaction except where applicable law requires otherwise.
