Terms of service

Overview

By purchasing from or using Digitalees (digitalees.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Digital products

All products sold at Digitalees are digital files (PDFs) delivered electronically. There are no physical goods, no shipping, and no subscriptions unless explicitly stated.

Upon completing a purchase, you will receive a download link by email and through your Shopify account. Your access is permanent — you can download your guide at any time from your account dashboard.

License and permitted use

When you purchase a guide from Digitalees, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the digital file for your own personal use. This means:

  • You may download, print, and use the guide for personal use
  • You may not resell, redistribute, share, copy, or reproduce the guide in any form
  • You may not use the guide's content to create derivative products for commercial sale
  • You may not share your download link with others

Each purchase is licensed to one individual buyer. If you purchase on behalf of a team, organization, or for classroom use, please contact us to discuss appropriate licensing.

Intellectual property

All content within Digitalees guides — including text, frameworks, scripts, worksheets, and visual design — is the intellectual property of Digitalees and is protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Accuracy of content

Our guides are created to provide practical, general guidance. They are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, psychological, veterinary, or otherwise). Results may vary based on individual circumstances. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our guides.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Digitalees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or inability to use our products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Digitalees operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
