How delivery works

All products sold at Digitalees are PDF files delivered digitally. There are no physical products and no shipping costs.

Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will receive:

• An order confirmation email with a download link
• Permanent access to your guide through your Shopify account dashboard

In most cases, delivery is instant. In rare cases, email delivery may take up to 5 minutes depending on your email provider.

Didn't receive your download?

If you completed your purchase but did not receive a download link:

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Log in to your account at digitalees.com and check your order history
• Contact us at support@digitalees.com with your order number and we will resend your download link within 1 business day

File format

All guides are delivered as standard PDF files compatible with any device — phone, tablet, or computer. You can also print them if you prefer a physical copy.
