Refund Policy

Shopify Admin → Settings → Policies → Refund Policy
All sales are final. Digital products cannot be refunded or exchanged once purchased.

Digital products — no refunds

All products sold by Digitalees are digital downloads (PDF files). Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for any digital product once the purchase is completed and the download link has been delivered.

This policy is in place because digital files, once downloaded or accessed, cannot be "returned" in the way physical goods can be.

Before you buy

We encourage you to read the full product description on each product page before purchasing. Each description includes a detailed list of what is inside the guide, who it is for, and what problem it solves.

If you have a question about a specific guide before purchasing, please contact us through our contact page and we will respond as quickly as possible.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund or replacement only in the following cases:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error
  • The download link was defective and the file could not be opened or accessed after multiple attempts and after contacting our support
  • You received the wrong file due to a fulfillment error on our end

To request a review under one of these exceptions, please contact us at support@digitalees.com within 7 days of your purchase and include your order number.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with full documentation of the purchase, delivery, and this refund policy.
